Timeline

Do you mean the US Interests Section in Havana? All I have is the contact info from their website. I never had much luck calling them but they did respond to emails I sent to: havanaconsularinfo@state.gov

Timeline

Liz- I heard from other people the Cuban Interest NEVER answer the phones. I know this to be true for the office here in the states so I am sure it is true for the office in Cuba as well but keep trying and good luck!

I tried in the past and they never answered the phone or the email. I also tried to call the Interest Section for in Washington DC for legalization of documents to be used in Cuba but, I couldn't get hold of human. If anybody know how to will be really helpful.

The Cuban Interests Section in DC has suspended consular services for the time being. So, even if you are able to get a hold of them on the phone, unfortunately, there is not much they will be able to do for you right now. You can read more about the temporary suspension of services here:

Thank you for the link. I heard about the Cuban Interest Section in DC suspending the consular services but I though they will be opened by now and I tried to call them last week and all I get is answering machine. I wish you put some information on the website or on the machine. It is a sad situation.

I have emailed them twice and i have gotten no response. How long did it take for them to respond to you?

They usually replied to me within a week.
