Hey Everyone!

Well I was hoping I wasn't going to get one of those pink notices but I did. I received an RFE a couple weeks ago for my green card application. I'm confused though, the RFE is asking for forms I already submitted!

It says:

-Submit all supporting tax documentation (Form 1099 and 2555 for the non taxable income) submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from the petitionet/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the most recent tax year. 2012

-Submit evidence of joint sponsors status

2012 tax return including W2 was submitted in the application from both my husband and mother in law, who is my co sponsor. Its also asking for her birth certificate which we have submitted.

So my question is: is there anyone I can call to try and sort this out? There if a number on the RFE letter but I have a feeling it wont be of any help. I'm just worried i'll send the documents again and there will still be some issue?? I don't know, I'd just like this to get resolved quickly since its been sitting here for a couple weeks and I don't want my work permit put on hold any longer!
