One more question, Hank: My current passport expires in 2 weeks. I was in no hurry to renew it figuring I am not leaving the country as long as Candy can't leave the country, so I figured I have no need for it until she gets her green card, 2015 at the earliest.

Now I learned that she needs a copy of my passport for the CFO. Will they acccept the one that will be expired by the time she gets to the CFO, or should I be in a hurry to renew it now?

They just want a copy of the BIO page I doubt they will have issue with it expiring in a few weeks, it just "government ID".
