Dear all...

i have some unclear infos about minimum income guidlines, and i couldnt undrstnad them at all...well, my case is this...my fiancee filled a k1 visa and scheduled, waiting for my interview, but i am worried that my partner has drope in her 2013 return tax from the guidline with gross, 12000,

where as her current income is like she has 2 jobs full time, $1500 monthly each...but still i have no idea what this means in the guidlines . so pls help me understand to know that if we safe and good to go or provide for cosponsor....??

If she makes $3000 a month between the 2 jobs and it is just the 2 of you with no kids, then you would meet the guidelines. She just needs paystubs to be able to support the information and a letter from the employers as well. I think you still need to bring tax transcripts, but current income is most important.

10-11-14 Wedding

AOS & EAD Timeline

11-04-14 Express Mailed to Chicago

11-05-14 Delivered

11-07-14 NOA 1 via text

11-10-14 Check Cashed

11-13-14 Both NOA1's received in the mail

11-22-14 Biometrics letter received

12-03-14 Biometrics Appointment

01-15-15 EAD APPROVED!!!

02-23-15 Interview Waiver Letter Received

09-22-15 GC APPROVED!!!

09-26-15 GC IN HAND!

Bye USCIS until June 2017!
