Hello Everybody :D we received our case number just a few days ago and decided to get the packet 3 forms online so that we can feel like we are getting something accomplished. Some of the questions I have is:

1: Does leaving an answer blank matter? My fiancee is concerned about leaving any blanks, For example on question 39 we answered no because my fiance(e) filled the form out, she wants to know should she put her name in the question 40?

2: On question 26, it ask how long do you intend to stay in the US , we answered for the rest of natural life. is that an Ok answer? What would be a better answer if any?

3: as I understand it, I am supposed to send all originals, would that include postal mail, she sent to me? my birth certificate etc? plane boarding passes? My pay stubs.

Well I have more questions but those our the current ones, thanks for any advice am sure these have been asked before but the search function here is difficult to use, at least that has been my experience.

Thank you again

Hello, I haven't received our NOA2 yet but I've been busy studying and making notes. Your questions can be answered by going to the "Example Forms" link at the top of the page.

<<1: Does leaving an answer blank matter? My fiancee is concerned about leaving any blanks, For example on question 39 we answered no because my fiance(e) filled the form out, she wants to know should she put her name in the question 40? >>

If #39 is no, #40 can be left blank.

<<2: On question 26, it ask how long do you intend to stay in the US , we answered for the rest of natural life. is that an Ok answer? What would be a better answer if any? >>

On the Example form, #26 is "Permanently" and #27 is "Marriage and Relocation to the USA."

<<3: as I understand it, I am supposed to send all originals, would that include postal mail, she sent to me? my birth certificate etc? plane boarding passes? My pay stubs.>>

I would think the original of your birth certificate is not necessary, only a copy; however, I heard we should send the originals of our NOA1 and NOA2, as well as postal mail and pay stubs (keeping a copy for yourself, of course). I’m not sure about boarding passes.

Good luck with everything going FAST and SMOOTHLY!
