Urgent (Submission of scanned Form G-325A)

Help Vjourners! My wife and baby now with me in my home country and not willing to return to the states until visa is issued.

Nebraska sent for an RFE to resubmit form G-325a ( she did not fill all the aspect of the form since she is the beneficiary as instructed on the form).

Can we scan the filled form and ask her sister to print for submission? Would this document be acceptable? or is it compulsory to mail the original filled form?

considering the high charges of sending a single form. Also, we now have my baby's birth certificate,would it be advisable to submit its photocopy to also serve as a proof of relationship? (though it was not requested for? Thanks in anticipation for your reliable help.

No it has to be original signature sent sorry. I wouldn't risk more delay sending a scan copy. And if you want to send your babies birth certificate thats fine. This is the time to send. But it may also delay your approval further also.

In my case I emailed a scan copy and my wife printed and submitted, I didnt get any RFE though as it seems everything went fine. Yes I also sent a copy of my childs birth certificate.
