How can I confirm that my fiance's child is included?

Hello, My fiancé is freaking out about this and now it has me worried too.

We are concerned that her 13yr old daughter was not included our visa request. I put her daughters name and information on the I-129f and included her passport style photo as well as included her on the affidavit of support.

We have confirmation of the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (D-160) for Child of K1 (K2) for her daughter.

The I-797 letter I received only has my fiancé's name on it as the beneficiary but not her daughters. Should her daughters name be on there to?

Am I missing something?

How can I confirm that her daughter is included with our fiancé visa request?

Thank you for your help on this!

The child's name does not appear on the NOA1 or NOA2.

My daughter's name didn't either.

As long as the child is on the I129 you will be fine :)

For the K2 visa your fiancee simply needs to fill in a second DS160 for her daughter, in her name.

Also, she needs a separate medical exam as well.

Thank you for the reply.

Yes her daughter is listed on the I-129. But my understanding is you need to list your children even if your not planning on bring them with you. There is no box or question on the I-129 asking if the child will be traveling to. How do they know if she will?

How can I confirm that she is included?

When she fills in the DS160 there is a question about travelling with anyone, she will be able to list her child as her companion.,

When she fills in the form for her daughter, she will list herself (the parent) as the comapnion.

Did her daughter have her medical?

Also, the email confirming the interview date should include both her and her daughter's name.

Yes we we completed the DS160 for herself and added her daughter as the companion.

Yes my fiancé and her daughter completed the medical a few days ago.

I will double check the email to see if her daughter was on that.

Thank you for the answers and hopefully this puts my fiancé at ease.
