Hey guys,

Kindly advice me, my fiance is planning to leave his current job end of this month to join some training for another job: Our problem is that we indicated his current job on the application papers and i have to reschedule my interview to May, would that bring any complication to our process. We are applying for a K-1 visa. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

This should not be a problem. That's why the ask you to update your address because the know circumstances are in constant flux. Only thing is that you should comply with the I-864P (Poverty Guidelines) worse scenario you can still look for a co-sponsor.
