Getting married and how to file Spousal Visa

so after we get married does anyone know what forms i need for spousal visa? and regarding the ds 260, when do i fill up that online form? pls need some help here. im a newbie. I got denied K1 fiance and now we're starting from scratch. from fiance to spousal visa. any help wii be highly appreciated. TN\X

im in the process of filing out form ds 260 but im stuck on a question and it has to be answered but I cant because it ask on part personal information part 2 question : provide the following information on your travel documentation : document type: passport or other travel document

now the situation is he is here in united states I married him in united states he entered united states iligally and do not have passport or other travel document so what do I do it doesn't give me option to skip it must be answered HELP !!!
