Hi. Below is the guide that we used. The cover letter is a list of docs that you are sending to them. Are you from the Philippines?

1. Form I-130.

2. G-325A Biographic Information.

3. Copy of U.S. Spouse's U.S. Passport.

4. Copy of Certificate Of Marriage.

5. One (1) color photo 2x2 of Petitioner.

6. Copy of Petitioner's Birth Certificate.

7. Copy of Beneficiary's Birth Certificate.

8. Five (5) pieces of Pictures as a secondary evidence of Bonafide Marriage.

9. Check in the amount of $355.00 for application fee.
