confused....Administrative Processing

My daughter had her interview last feb.27. The nvc mailed me a letter that she needs to hand the docs on the day of her interview to the consul,and told me not to send it to them(nvc), its a small correction on the 1-864 form. but the consul refused to received it, but he noted on 2go paper to send the docs that my daughter was trying to give to him on that same day of her interview. she submitted the said docs via 2go, the following day. My question is, how long is the waiting time if you are under administrative processing? Any responses is much appreciated.thank u.

my brother was interviewed on Jan 29,2014 He was under AP for 15 days. We sent the required document same day of his interview. His Visa was issued on Feb 14, 2014 and Received it Feb 20.

Required docs(police certificate Uk) was sent via 2go and delivered on march 3 in embassy..

March 3 &4---AP(monday & tues)

March 5-ready (wed)

March 6---issued (thurs)
