Hi, im new here... Any inputs are highly appreciated.

I want to ask "How and When to Qualified as a Derivative Family Member"?

Like in my case, my Dad was petition by her sister and had a Priority Date of 02jun1981

He filled up a DS-230 form way back 2004 and "listed me on persons who will follow to US on a later date"

My parents got their visa on 2005 and left for US at the same year...

Is it possible for me to benefit from it?

Since they are living in US they applied an f2B petition (PD 2010nov) for me and i was WONDERING if it is possible for me to retain my dad's priority date ?

Thank you and hopefully someone could shed some light.

My DOB IS 22jul1980
