wrong birthdate in visa

Hi everyone! I got our visa today and find out that my sons birthday in the visa s wrong.

when we recieved our interview letter my sons birthday was already wrong. my husband call the embassy and the nvc, they told him to bring my sons passport and birth certificate.During our interview I told the guy in the initial interview that my sons bithday was incorrect but my wrong i didnt tell it to the CO n my final interview.

is there anybody here had the same situation??Do i need to call the enbassy first or should i go there? thank you in advance for all your replies.

NOA2 received 6/28/2010

NVC case# assigned 7/2/2010

aos fee bill&ds3032 received 7/8/2010

aos fee paid and emailed ds3032 7/8/2010

iv bill paid 7/12/10

iv packet mailed 7/13/10

aos packet scanned 7/20/10

iv packet scanned 7/22/10

case complete 8/18/10

call the embassy and let them know, they will ask you to bring/fedex the passport, and you will get it back with the correction.
