May as well take me off the stupid list. USCIS sent the package back for missing pages but we didn't miss any (I just checked). Sigh.

I don't think you should be taken off the list, it should just count as a RFE ?

Did they not tell you what page was missing?

They didn't but once I calmed down I found it. Either I forgot, or they misplaced, page 3 of the application itself. I'm sending it back out tomorrow. Sigh.

AND THEY TOOK AWAY MY PAPERCLIPS!!!! lol...

That's an easy fix! Yes, it sucks that it adds a few days to your timeline... But don't sweat the small stuff, this will be over before you know it! I think you should still be listed as a March filer!

LOL...ok, I'd like to stay as March too. :) I just about had a meltdown on Travis - finished my first day at the new job, which was good, then came home to this. Why was my first reaction to say "Let's just move back to Canada!!!"??? Sigh. That's just silly!

HAHA...I'm putting paperclips on ALL OVER AGAIN. :P So there, USCIS :P

Hey - they already stamped our check for deposit, but then sent it back. Should I re-send the same check?

If they stamped our check for deposit but sent it back, should I re-send the same check to them...or void that one and write a whole new one?

I'm not sure about the check... Maybe contact the bank and see if it can be used again, just to be sure... Wouldn't want to send the same one and they can't use it and send it back, delaying your package again!

Maybe I'll just void it and send a new one. Delays would be very uncool!

If they just stamped the back for deposit , its okay you can send it back. I had my whole package sent back because I sent it 2 days too early , they already had it binded in their little binders and the cheque was stamped. I just sent the whole thing back the way it was and it was fine.

Thanks for the tip! That makes this easier.

They stapled it to the application, and stapled the application all together in weird places. I'm going to have to re-fix it all. Better get started on that...

Hey, here's another question. They made a mark on the first page of the actual application. Should I re-do the whole thing, or just add the missing page?

No just add the missing page mine had marks and staples and they had it binded together at the top with a special clip...the only thing I added was the letter they sent me , it said to include it on top.

Right. Thanks for pointing that out so I can copy it! Maybe I should just leave everything exactly how they have stapled it except for the application, and add another binder clip to secure the whole works (they took all my clips and used a rubber band, but I'd prefer a clip. I'd also prefer to unstaple the check and stick it in the clip so it for sure won't go anywhere...)

Got my NOA in the mail today :) Receipt date: 3/28. Status extended, $590 paid, etc.

So now I'm just waiting on a letter for my biometrics appointment?

What's the story with the note in the middle saying that "conditional residents" will not get a letter for their appointment? Then it says that to complete the biometric processing, we must submit the "required items" if we have not already done so.
