Whatever you do. DO NOT LEAVE!! If you leave you will have abandoned your petition and you will have to start all over while in Canada. And You NOA1 should arrive less than 2 weeks after you send in your petition so don't worry. Worry will only stress you out about things you can't do anything about. Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you send in your paperwork and relax. Good Luck!

Thank you NLR and Bakemma.

For the I-485 part 1 - I was not issued a I-94 when u crossed the boarder, they did not stamp my passport this time. I assume I write "none"?

Also, what should I write for

Current USCIS status? And expires on?

My husband doesn't make 125% over Hawaii's poverty guideline so can I have his father AND mother also fill out a form? Or can only my husband and 1 other person file?

For the affadavitt of support I-864

I'm confused about question 1-

If my husband is the petitioner does he check 1a?

And what would his dad on his form check? 1e- I am the first joint sponsor? Or second of 2 joint sponsors?

Thank u
