Hello everyone, can you let me know my brother in law is a us citizen he petition the file for his sister that means my wife nearly four years passed. There,s how many chances that she will get visa and after how long another thing can my brother in law add me in petition. Thanks

If this is filed in F4 cat it may take another 6 years before you will hear anything based on the process that has been happening over last 10 years. Don't waste time worrying over it, start living and save enough. When you do get it, it is a bonus. The key is start living and follow if at all on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Hi All

Today i got mail from NVC. It says..........

visa numbers are not presently available for your visa category. You will be notified when further

consideration can be given to processing your application for immigration. The reason for this delay is that there

are more applicants for visas than there are immigrant visa numbers available in your category under the

limitation prescribed by law. For some visa categories, for example F3 or F4, this delay could be many years.
