Hi all,

Our petition has been approved recently now we are waiting for our case to be transfer to NVC, I would like a please a request or an advice on this forum which is mention below:

My Fiancé, she is a self employed and she in the Real Estate business and in the year of 2013 due to the severe surgery she was not able to keep up with her cash flow during the period as she was completely bed rest. Now we are wondering that if she will file the Tax Return ( 1040 ) that will might be below the Poverty Guide Line set by HHS that is 125 %, we are kind of stuck here and we can’t introduce any co – sponsor in our case to certified our affidavit of support. Whereas as per her last year tax return 2012 we have no issue with the HSS guideline.

Hence we are kind of looking for advice or suggestion on that, is there any other proof we can submit to support her stability of the income keeping her nature of employment in mind or should we can go with extension of time to file U.S. Individual Income Tax Return ( Form 4868) ??

Please help.
