I just want to ask how important the validity date of DS-156, 157 and 156K?

Just like I said before in my other post that our lawyer already sent me these forms already filled up specially the DS-156 with his signature and date when he signed it. I asked him if it just ok to still use it even it is out dated already. He said that their forms are all ok. Is it a big deal or not during the interview? Thanks!

Check the forms section on the USCIS website, they usually state which version (by date) of the forms in question are still valid. If your forms fall within the accepted dates, then it won't make one bit of difference at the interview.

Actually in this case you would go to the State Dept website for the DS forms... but the ones on there are the most up to date...

thank you sooo much for the suggestions.

I asked our lawyer if they could send me another one with updated forms, but I guess they will not send me another one. I trust them and hope these forms will not be an issue for me to put into AR.

Thank you again
