Hey there! Stop stressing you out. Just give them a buzz and they'll let you know whether they've got your case in the building. It's a little bit of a trouble to get through an agent, you might wait on hold for about 20 minutes, but still, it's the easiest and fastest way to get some info. You can also email them, make sure you provide all the necessary information, and they'll get back to you in email in about 3 to 5 business days.

Ok ok I got a dumb question, which I am pretty it has been asked many times over.

But, I got to speak to someone at the NVC and they told me that because of the bad weather and a holiday, the other day, the case for my spouse (I-130) has not been in their system as yet, so I should try again on Monday or Tuesday.

So, what I want to know is, when it is at the NVC, is it possible for my spouse (the beneficiary) to travel to the US without any problems?

Thank you again fellow VJ'ers.
