hi, my husband applied for a k-3 visa..because lately i have found out that cr-1 could save us money i prayed that it will be converted so. Last January 22, 2013 USCIS emailed us that they have approved our I-130 and sent it to NVC. I was very happy because i know that if I-130 got approved before the I-129f k-3 will be converted to CR-!. However after 3 weeks of waiting for the notice of action..we did not received any letter from them and at the same time our I-129f got approved and we have received the notice of action for this one. My husband called USCIS and said that They will send it within 15 days. Can our k-3 application still be converted to CR-I if this was the case? Thank you
