Question about petitioner's birth certificate.

Hi,

We have just sent out our package and there's one thing that's been troubling me a little bit. We followed the guide that's provided here on this website and we did everything like it says except for one thing.

Her (petitioner's) birth certificate had writing on the back of it and it was scribbled out so we only mailed them a copy of the front of the birth certificate.

Now, here it says this:

11. Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship.

Is it going to be a problem or a reason to get a RFE if only the front side is provided?

Any answer would be appreciated, maybe by anyone who has previously only sent in the front copy of their birth certificate?

We only send the front because there was nothing on the back, never had any issues.

Same here...Sent the front and we had no problems.

I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Worse thing that can happen is you get a RFE, but I don't think so either.
