Hi,

After returning from christmas vacation and checking online the status for I-485 and 1-765(employment) we just mailed in

November it says 'notice returned as undeliverable' for both cases. When we checked the mail there was a letter from USCIS

headed 'request for applicant to appear for initial interview' on february 21 2007. Is that our interview date for my husbands

Green Card? Does anybody know why it says 'notice returned as undeliverable'? We live at the same address. There was no letter for the I-765 in the mail though.

Thanks

That does sound like an interview date. If you're not sure about what happened as far as the undeliverable message, you might make an infopass appointment and see if anyone can tell you what's going on. Hope that helps. :)
