Hello

Did any one create a latest flowchart or procedure for steps to follow after NOA2? I am checking these links but it looks like its outdated :

On travel.state.gov website, it says we need to register with NVC for email correspondence. When do we do that? After getting case no from NVC or after NOA2?

I have few other questions for which I am getting conflicting information (online vs mail choice of agent ?). So I wanted to know if anyone has the latest procedure.

Same case here. I just got approved yesterday. But found both the flowcharts are old. I would also like to know the next steps and also the procedure to register for alerts at NVC.

Marriage: 2012-11-28

I-130 Sent : 2013-09-23

I-130 NOA1 : 2013-09-24

I-130 NOA2 : 2014-02-06 (Approved)

NVC Received : 2014-02-12

Interview appointment letter : 2015-06-03

Case Completed at NVC : 2015-06-03

NVC Left : 2015-06-17

Packet 3 Received : 2015-03-05

Packet 4 Received : 2015-06-10

Biometrics : 2015-07-14

Interview Date : 2015-07-15

Interview Result : Approved

Visa Received : 2015-07-16

Ok, I'm a little ahead of you guys. So far, you wait (hopefully) about 2 weeks for them to get your case at the NVC. After a week start calling every day. If they don't get your case at the NVC in about two weeks, contact the USCIS and start trying to find out where your case physically is.

Then you wait about a month (or 10-20 business days) for them to issue you a case number, etc. I'm still waiting on my case number, etc. After that, then you can give them your emails and stuff. Although, I think some people have had luck getting info before that via email. I strongly suggest reading through the monthly NVC thread. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/478133-nvc-filers-february-2014/

3/4/2014 - AOS Fee Available and Submitted
3/5/2014 - AOS Fee Paid
3/6/2014 - Received AOS Coversheet and Payment Receipt
3/7/2014 - AOS Package Sent
3/10/2014 - NVC Receives AOS package
3/12/2014 - NVC Acknowledges receipt of AOS package
3/21/2014 - Triangle of Doom appears for IV package
3/24/2014 - IV Fee Available and Submitted
3/25/2014 - IV package overnighted to the NVC
3/26/2014 - IV Fee shows PAID
3/26/2014 - DS260 available & submitted
3/26/2014 - IV package delivered to NVC
3/26/2014 - False checklist for IV fee.
3/26/2014 - AOS documents accepted w/no checklists!
3/28/2014 - IV & DS260 logged into NVC System
4/10/2014 - Case Complete!

Interview Date: June 17, 2014

Approved at Interview!
