Hi All:

My fiance and I are finishing up the I-129F petition, but I was wondering about the "passport-style photo" requirement. Does it have to be a 2x2 like the passport? If so, my fiance has sent me a high-resolution photograph (very clear) of his passport photo--do you recommend getting this printed in 2x2 at a local CVS/Walgreens type place to submit? It looks very clear, but I am worried about it being rejected for some weird reason. I also have a full-color scan of his UK passport + the original photo beside it--I could attach it as supplemental photo to the form, too, surely? Or do you recommend I also include (just to be safe) a non-professional taken photo of him against a white background too--just in slightly larger prints? Does it have to be a 2x2 photo? I am obviously including my most recent photo from my passport renewal....

This page http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english/passports/photos/photos.html has the requirements as well as a photo tool to make your own 2x2 and print at home or at a a place like Walgreens photo dept.

We used it to do our own for my passport and his US citizenship application.

We did ours regular passport style pics. I actually got mine done at Walgreens (passport style)....no issues.

01/13/14 - NVC Received; new case # issued

01/16/14 - NVC Shipped to US Embassy

02/18/14 - DS-160 submitted ; Packet 3 with all required docs sent to Embassy

04/10/14 - Interview smile.png

04/10/14 - 221(g) form; missing updated police certificate

04/24/14 - Sent document

06/18/14 - Visa ISSUED!!! :dancing:
