Sdo- little mistake going to pay at banco popular

I hope this help to somebody else.

I went to pay to banco popular today.

I thought that with my national id was enough.

but I took with me a copy of my passport.

When I was in the bank rhe man told me that I needed my passport.

So I went back home , look in for my passport and came back to the bank.

Advise:

When you go to pay to banco popular take with you your passport.

I didnt red that before and I didnt know for that I when only with a passport's copy.

I live near the bank that is located at calle del sol in santiago , it wasnt a big problem go home and come back

I didn't have my passport with me when I did the payments. I only had one copy and they accept it .

I tried to convice the man with my copy , and he didnt acept it.

Yeap same thing happened to my fiance! Passport is needed when going to pay banco popular...
