Hi All:

My fiance is from the UK and he's filling out his G-325A (Biographic Information form) for our I-129F. We had a couple questions.

1. He already listed his last addresses within the last five years, but we were confused about "last known address outside the US for more than 1 year." He just moved a few months ago to his most recent address. Does he fill out this line with the address prior, where he lived for more than one year? Or does he leave it blank?

2. Whenever it says "file A" or "Alien registration number if known"--he doesn't have one, so do we write "None"? In fact, except in the places they ask us to say "none," should we write anything ("none" or "N/A") or keep it blank? (example: "Previous marriages. If none, state so." then all the boxes that follow .....)

3. Does the approval of the K-1 visa depend upon, for instance, the fact that he moved and worked several different jobs (a total of 5 moves and 5 jobs....)? Or does it simply matter that we meet all of the requirements for the K-1 visa (age, single status (we've never been married), no criminal records, met several times in the last year, I meet over poverty guidelines, etc)?

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am freaking out about getting these forms perfect.....

Hey!

1. Okay so for last known address outside the US for more than 1 year, he can fills it out with the address prior. Don't leave it blank.

2. For A-number, you fiance wont receive it until weeks after you send out your petition. So for that he can put "None". Thats what my fiancee put.

3. The approval is based on whether both of you met all of the requirements for the k-1 visa. It wont matter if hes had several jobs as long as both of you met the requirements and show that your relationship is geniune.

Good luck on filling the rest out!!
