My fiancé has live in Cebu, Philippines all of her life and put that on the form when it ask about the last address for the past 5 years. My question to you guys is the next question ask about the last address outside the United States if more than 1 year. Do I just repeat what I put in the previous answer? Now if I put what I said in the previous answer I have to put in the timeline so I put in her month of birth and then for the end date under the year I put the word "now" because it ask until when. Is that good or should I put something else?

Her last address outside the US, is her address in phil. Yes you will repeat what you wrote for her address the last 5 years. Yes you can put birth month to NOW (or PRESENT), or you can write the current month you are signing the form.

12/30/2020 -- Received notice online that an interview was scheduled

02/11/2021 -- Interview
