Hey everyone I just received copy of packet4 interview letter today and im sort of confused some way,it indicates that he clearly HAS to opply for DS-160 online,plus gather all requested documents for the day of the interview, ok we all know this but than at the end it says once we have all requested documents in hands to pay the 160$ fee at the banco popular. My question is, can he apply first ds-160 and pay or he has to apply and print confirmation of application and then gather rest documents requested to pay the fee at the banco popular??

fill out the ds-160 online the payment must be made before you go to the interview. So the payment proof you need to take to the interview. Get the DS-160 filed that should have been filed when the NVC gave you your number it says in the letter to do that.

Be sure to make both payments separately at Banco Popular the $160 and the $15. You must have 2 receipts.

I did the payment in Dic, (2 sep. 160 and 15 , it has to be done in pesos dominicanos). Then 2 weeks after my interview I fill out the DS-160.
