Hello to you all, my son came to USA with me, I got married and we filed all the paperwork at the same time with his, but for reasons only USCIS knows, our GC's got approved within 60 days of difference, not a big deal at first, now I am not sure.My GC expires May 10 and my son's GC on July 9 , will it be safe to wait until April 10 ( 30 days before my GC expires) so we can file the I-751 just once and make just one payment?

Thank you for your help!

This means I can file by February 10th ? Wow that is great news !!! I was a little nervous about waiting and then getting into trouble.

Thanks!
