Hi all! I've been following this forum for such a long time. Been getting a lot of useful informations about filing K1. However I still have some questions in my mind

1. My fiancées co sponsor (parents) are fearing to give their SSN information because of stealing an identity if mishandled or whatever. Is it possible for them to send the I-134 and I-864 directly to the US consulate ?

2. How many times can I re schedule the interview date? I've re scheduled it once on April 22 (from February 21) due to we're not ready for some papers yet. Can I move the schedule interview one more time, sometime in March because we're targeting to send the ITR and w2 of 2012?

Would love to hear from y'all! Thank You!

1) No they can't send them directly to the embassy. The I-134 & I-864 should be send to you, I suggest using UPS, FEDEX, DHL but not postal mail.

2) You can re-schedule twice without penalty.

Thank you hanks. You've been a great help.

Ok so I can re schedule twice. But what if the medical interview finds something about my medical exam and they needed to re schedule at some point. Will there have any problem on it considering that I've done rescheduling twice?

If there is issue with the medical and you need to reschedule a 3rd time, I believe you will have to pay a new visa fee. I have never read of an exception to the rescheduling rule.
