Good day,

First I would like to say what a big help this forum has been! Thank you all!

My question is: We finally got the letter from the embassy here in Bangkok to proceed with our visa case. On the 129F, I listed my fiancee's son on the application. Upon reading the letter, it's states:

Traveling Applicants:

(P) Fiancee

© Child

Her son is not traveling with her to the states right now if she gets the visa. He's in school and will join at a later date. Do I have to fill out the DS 160 for him as he's not traveling right now? Thank you in advance.

No, he'll need the 160 form, his medical and then an interview when he's ready to travel (but it must be within one year of the issuance of your fiance's visa).

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
