I-130 Question Re: Address in the US

I am filling in the form and I am concerned about question number 18. It's asking for "Address in the United States where your relative intends to live". The sample form has an answer or "not known at this time; to be determined".

I am going to be having my parents helping with the Affidavit of Support. So, in that case, for question 18, should I put their address down? We'll be living with them only if we haven't found a place before we move to the US.

You don't have have the same address as your sponsor on the I-864 or even be related. So that isn't a consideration of what to put for an address. If you want to put a stable address just as a contact method, you could list the parents instead of unknown. You will have opportunity to change your address if needed.

I would say put Petitioner address.
