My fiancee has already sent back packet 3 and we are waiting for the Consulate to schedule an interview date hopefully sometime this week. My question is in regards to the 1-34. I made a total of 24, 000 for the tax year 2013 so I have exceeded the 125% I just received my W-2 I have no kids and I file as a single person. I will be filing my tax return this coming week so we can present it at the interview. I have a job letter and everything to show proof of employment. My concern is that my job is performing major cuts and so they are firing individuals I wanted to know if I happen to be cut before the interview if this will cause my fiancees visa to be denied and if would i have to correct the 1-34 or leave it as it is. Help me please I am really worried.

If you are laid off before you need to turn in the I-134, then you will be unemployed and that is a problem. If your consulate allows co-sponsors, you could use one if that should happen.
