Yes , hit retrieve app everytime if you need to update make changes etc. Then you hit edit , until she submits and signs . Once it's submitted and signed I don't believe more changes can be made. Hope this helps

You can fill it out and take the pic with you the day of the interview..they'll staple it for you. That's what I did

Yes Sindi, that works. That is what I do with ours. You can retrieve it at anytime. Just remember that your fiancé in DR has to sign and submit from a DR computer. If you sign and submit for her it will be suspect and could be tossed out. The know the IP address from where it was signed and submitted.

if my fiancee made a mistake doing the DS 160 and she submitted it, what will happen, can we re- do it again??

We are confused with this question:

We answer NO, but in 2007 she was refuse a visa from college and 2010 they refuse a tourist visa because she hadnt strong tie in DR, now we are nervous and dont know what to do, because, that made us confused,

so Any advise would be good.
