K-2 Visa recipients questions

I am in the process of filing out form DS-160 and things are getting down to the wire. My Canadian fiance has two daughters; one 17, one 10. I have some questions:

#1:

The eldest is a canadian citizen and is fairly sure she wants the K-2 visa. She turns 18 next August. If she opts for it, and chooses to immigarte at a later date, will she still be able to travel back and forth using a tourist visa until such time she chooses to immigrate?

#2:

If she chooses to not take the k-2 visa now, my wife-to-be can petition to have her brought later just as long as it is before her 21st birthday? ........correct?

#3:

The youngest daughter has dual-citizenship (Can-Am) by birth. She does not require a k-2 visa, as she is already a US citizen. Do I then even need to include her on and stipulate that she will be "traveling" with the mother on the DS-160 form?

#4:

When can I expect payments to come due for my DS-160? At the time of the interview or will we/I recieve some sort of bill before the visa interview is scheduled?

Sorry your time is so valuable that using a few minutes to sign up for a discussion forum and posting several questions during a holiday period and not getting an instant response causes you such distress.

Have you read the very detailed K1 guide from the tab at the top of the page -- it might have the answers you are seeking?
