If you look here http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/stats.php?cfl=

It would appear average time from P3 receipt to interview is 50 days. That of course is an average.

That being said your timeline indicates you've been waiting about a month and a half. Which is a good while to be waiting for an interview date. However you have to remember the Consulate is closed for all Thai and US holidays. There are plenty of those in Nov & Dec.

Just making a guess, I would say Dec & Jan dates were all filled when they got your file. They are waiting to start booking Feb dates which they will do in Jan. I would look for a letter mid January.

I would suggest you email the consulate IV unit and inquire about the status of your file. Just to make sure nothing has gone amiss.

As an aside, You posted a topic on 12-13 asking for help getting your P3 documents shipped to Thailand,

Were you able to locate the two sets of files you sent previously? If not, what method did you use to finally get your files successfully delivered to her.

When did you actually send the P3 to the Consulate?

DHL worked, $96.

It took a week but they called her with the phone number I provided to ask if she was available at the address in 20 mins when delivery would be made and to have an id ready. They had her sign for it.
