K1 2nd Time

Timeline

Hi Dear Vj's,

My NOA2 was Approved On 9th September 2012, and it was Valid for four months, Its mean that my Approved Petition Could expire on 10th Jan 2013. Unfortunately, My Interview held on 23rd Jan 2013. So the CO told me that My Petition had expired and I have to submit new Petition, Anyways, The File sent back to USCIS and later I filed new I-129f, So my 2nd NOA2 was Also Approved on 10th Oct 2013, It took two month to Reached to NVC and US Consulate Islamabad. Furthermore, I submit my Paper work on 10th Dec 2013, I got Appointment letter receive from Speedex Office On Friday, 13th Dec 2013, And my interview was Suppose to be on 16th Dec 2013, So i was Only have Friday for to do my Medical Done, When I reached to Medical Center and Did my Physicals Tests. They Told me to Do Sputum Smear and Culture Tests Because My X-ray was scars due to TB on my Childhood, That was ridicules, I told them that i have my interview on Monday 16th Dec but They Said They will reschedule My Interview, The Next Day On Monday 16th Dec 2013. I received call from US Embassy and said they will reschedule my Interview Once Panel Physician clear my Medical.

Now Because of these Mess, I have Questions and need to be solved by the Help of you Guys,

Q1: My I-129f petition will Once Again Expire, I email to US embassy Several Times But they Only talking about interview will be reschedule. What should I do for extend my Petition? Last time Vj's friends Told me that it will be extend automatically, But it was Not suppose to be? And the CO told me that My Petition was expired that is why I can`t get Visa ?

Q2: It Seems Like they are not willing to give me K1 Visa? Because Last time I didn`t went through These Sputum Tests?

Q3: What If the Sputum results comes positive ?

Q4: The Sputum test results will come on 20th Feb 2014, But My petition will be expire on 08th Feb 2014. ? Really Confused

Any help will be Highly Appreciated,,

They will extend it up to a year automatically but you need to submit paperwork, your intent on continuing K1 visa. You also need letter intent from both beneficiary and petitioner at the point of interview.

Q2: It Seems Like they are not willing to give me K1 Visa? Because Last time I didn`t went through These Sputum Tests?

Maybe the doctor mislook that X-ray

Q3: What If the Sputum results comes positive ?

K1 (I-129F) petition filed in August 2013 (Approved Feb 20th 2014)
13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice
