I'm son of LPR , 16 years old, Here is my immigration timelines

June 01, 2013 I-130 Started

June 10, 2013 I-130 NOA1

September 10, 2013 I-130 NOA2

October 21, 2013 AoS Fee

December 22, 2013 DS-261

* I'm late filling DS-261 , it's been two months and i just filled it

I want to know filling late DS-261 will affect my process or not ? And when will NVC receive it ?

And can anyone provide steps after DS-261 for me please :) . I needed the steps i'm a bit down here after know that DS-261 should be sent 2 months ago

Op... I found out that my father didn't send out the AOS package yet oops8rh.gif

My father go to US every six months to maintain his PR status so he is not working there , so the question is if he need to send the AOS , he need I-184 or I-184A ? As my brother ( US Citizen ) will be either co or joint sponsor ? so which one is better for him ? co or joint ? and can he be the one who just need to send the I-184 ? or my father as well if you choose my brother as joint sponsor ? Can my brother be my main sponsor so my dad doesn't need to fill the I-184
