I did get all my notices like NOA1, Biometric appointment on this address. What can be this notice about? Can it be RFE? I was assuming to receive California transfer notice. I had talked with person at the above telephone number, and gave them my address. She told they will resend it but she didn't knew what this notice is about. She said I might have to wait 45 days to hear anything. Do I have to wait 45 days to get that notice.

The mail box has both my and my wife last name on it. I did received all previous notices on this address.

Make an infopass appointment at your local office to get this sorted out.... if you dont you could end up getting a denial in the mail.... calling the 0800 number is a waste of time.... they are not USCIS officers it is only a call center where they pass on messages to the USCIS office that is dealing with your case.... and most of the time the messages get lost...

You local office will be able to contact the correct person and get the mail re-sent... they may even be able to tell you what it is about....

same thing happend to me and i don't know why!!!??? i recieved my previous notices and EAD on the same mail box but this time !!!!!!!! i called them back and updated the mailbox address and they said we will resend it and u should recieve the notice within 45 days if not call us back.by the way the notice they sent me was about my I485 application.
