NOA2 name information Ukraine

So, guys

Here is my question, someone may find it silly but anyways appreciate ur reviews!

I got NOA2 hardcopy and it says the Beneficiary name ( Surname, Name and they putted V, (that stands for my patronimic name i indicated in my G-325A when we were filing).

As far as in our travel docs we have only Surname and Name and do not have patronimic (so to say middle name) will it be any issue that may influence visa approval in Kiev?

Did anyone else had this kind of NOA2?

ToddB, the issue is not in the lack of middle name hehehe the question is that I put insted of middle name my patronimic in G-325A and thus in NOA2 they used my Last name + Name + V (letter from my patronimic). But as Gary is more experienced in those things i also assume there will be no issue cos i bet lots of us when filing did the same mistake (as far as there is NO guide for G-325A at USCIS....)

Plus as far as both of us are more or less in the same stage (with NOA2s) hope things will keep on moving faster!

Yeah if i knew they would put a V. for my patronimic in NOA2 i would not submit it on G-form cos by the time we were doing papers i thought they need all my info for a background check or in Kiev or in USA, so anyways in my birth certificate (as all ukrainians actually have) it is stated Family name/First name/Patronymic (same is stated in Ukrainian passport that stands for use inside of the country) but our Travel passports omit patronimic part. I really do hope it will not be a problem at the embassy.

As for the timelines, we will try to call NVC in January to check if they have our case and if they can give case number. Hope we will keep in touch with you and if something moves hope u let me know!

Yeah, with our NOA2 dates....really shouldn't be long before NVC has our cases. Once there, looks like only about a week, and its sent to Embassy. Hope so!!!!

Yes, i've seen your post they wrote something about submitted blablabla - if i am not mistaken Hope it's a good sign! Cos we did not get any e-mails, and i guess its still to early to bother NVC, so my evil plan is to start bothering them next year

We didn't put her patronymic name anywhere in the forms we sent to USCIS. In Kyiv at the interview when the guy was taking our documents he told us to put patronymic name in middle name field in the form we brought to the interview. The visa does not have the patronymic name listed (the international passport itself doesn't have it listed either).
