Actually it took over a month but the timeline won't let me set the correct date. This massive delay... is it a bad sign?

Our packet is being processed in the Nebraska. My husband lives in Texas. Why didn't they just send it to Texas? Or do they just randomly throw cases into different processing centers?

Last question, how do I check our estimated processing time based on my timeline?
