Need some guidance about documents----Cr1 petition got Reaffirmed

My Cr1 visa petition got Reaffirmed by Uscis and soon the case will reach to Delhi Embassy for Second interview.

first interview was on December 2011 so all the documents are expired now,will we get the list of documents from NVC which we have to renew and submit again?

And i had submitted police clearance certificate from another country ( was living there from year 1997 to 2006) after 2006 i am in India ,never went back to that country till today i want to know even this certificate of back years i will have to renew and submit again to Delhi embassy?If any one knows please advise me.

you can tell them that you got PCC from other country where you was living and you can show the passport also to them that u have never gone back till now

so they will agree
