How do you change your email address when making interview date

Need some assistance we are at the step where we schedule the interview in Lagos, Nigeria, for my fiance. They still have her old email address in the system from when she was denied a tourist visa to visit me last year. Everytime i attempt to complete the information to get an interview date a flag appears showing her old email address in relationship to the old visa application. The new email address has been used on all the previous paper work, what must I do to replace the old email address, I have already entered it into this interview application but keep getting the flag, any help would be appreciated.
