Late last night my fiance called me and said that she is to see the embassy and they will give her a list of things she needs for the interview which is 1/22/14. USCIS website still says for me On October 25, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). So we were quite surprised on this. Her medical evaluation is two weeks prior to the embassy interview. She was given a copy of the NOA2 which I haven’t received. I take it I don’t need this at all since she has a copy? Also, do I need to call the NVC for the case number since we are at the embassy stage.

Am I missing anything I need to send to her?

Form I-134

Bank statement when the account was opened.

Monthly bank statements - How many should I send?

Tax transcripts for 2010, 2011, 2012.

Phone/email/skype chat logs

Letter of intent to marry

Pay stubs - How many? I receive them weekly

Employment letter - I am paid part time but my hours vary greatly it can be 20 to 40 hours a week. I do not need a cosponsor but I am wondering what amount I should put in line 7 I derive an annual income of__________.

10/15/13 Sent out K-1 packet.

10/23/13 Received NOA1 email.

10/25/13 Alien Registration Number was changed.

10/29/13 Received hardcopy NOA1.

11/20/13 NOA2 approved(Never did know it got approved until nearly a month later).

12/17/13 Fiance was called by embassy to report there.

12/22/13 Received hardcopy that NVC Received approved K-1 packet from USCIS.

1/4/14 Medical evaluation.

1/22/14 Interview approved but need police certificate so visa can be issued.

1/24/14 Received visa.

3/3/14 POE Seattle.

4/26/14 Married

5/5/14 Sent out I-485 packet

5/29/14 Received text notification from USCIS

6/2/14 Received I-797C from USCIS
