DS-156 online form mistake

Hi, My fiancee use the internet to fill the online DS-156 E-form. (It seens we only can do that way) After she click the "continue" button, we see the form generate the barcode on it. Unfortunately,we found the one letter is misspell on the question 31. Is it possible we recreate the new form with the new barcode? Then she

just bring the correct printout to the interview. If we want to correct the mistake. which department we shoukd contact? the USCIS, NVC or Consulate?

Please give us some ideas.

Fill it out again correctly and generate a new form. The online for generator does not send any data to any systems, all it does is generate that bar code from the data entered.

When the form is brought to the interview, all the consular officer needs to do is scan that code to enter the information on the form into the system there. The bar code prevents data entry errors.
