They say its first come first serve, but im not sure that is accurate. Is there a way to reserve a future date. I have seen a couple of dates pop up in past 3-4 weeks, but by the time i go through all the screens to schedule it, it disappeared. Any help would be appreciated. I have a ft job, and check throughout the day without success. How do I reserve a future date to be able to cancel and move date in?

"They say - What is first come, first served? Not sure who "they" are. But if you are talking about the interview at the embassy, that is by appointment only and for that you will have to be diligent with checking. If you see a random opening you will have to be quick to grab it as there are many out there waiting for an interview date.

Can you Fiance assist with checking for interview openings? Doesn't really matter which one of you grabs the opening.

You're mother-in-law is the one processing now correct? Is she part of the Yolanda expedite? If not NVC will do the scheduling for her.

No, Mother-in-Law petitioned her daughter. Neither were part of the Yolanda expedite as far as I know.

However, because we requested this petition be expedited due to daughter aging out, the petition was send to Manila on the 19th.

It appears that we will need to schedule the appointment.
