In the letter they requested copy of previous marriages and divorces act for the beneficiary, but I know its mostly about the extract in haiti , so for those of you that were married before did you send copy of your divorce act or extract in packet 3 ???......

In the letter they requested copy of previous marriages and divorces act for the beneficiary, but I know its mostly about the extract in haiti , so for those of you that were married before did you send copy of your divorce act or extract in packet 3 ???......

I am not sure what the difference is between the two. All I know is that we included a two page piece of paper (that we also had translated previously for the initial application filing) concerning his divorce. It was titled "Divorce Decree"... it may be the act? What did you sent in the initial filing?

We sent the act ...so I guess we ll just bring the extract to the interview just in case

Better safe than sorry, right? :-) Did you already send packet 3 back? Any word on interview date? We sent ours in one week ago.... still waiting.... oh all the waiting and waiting is just so much FUN! Blah! dead.gif

I sent him the stuff today so he should get them by friday , and take them to haiti messager on saturday.....was a little busy after giving birth and stuff......lollllll I hate waiting...
