Waiting for Scheduling Interview Since 08/20/2013

Hi everyone,

I have been waiting my i485 to be scheduled. I went to get a finger print on 08/12/2013 at local uscis office, Atl Ga. My case status update on 08/20/2013. Since then, I haven't heard anything back.

Here is my timeline.

Married: May 24, 2013

Submit the package: July 10, 2013 (Chicago, Lockbox)

Finger Print Appointment: Aug 12, 2013

Case Status Update: Aug 20, 2013 Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview.

Today Date: Dec 9, 2103 (STILL WAITING!!!!!!)

Anyone is in the same boat as me?

It is possible that you're in a no-interview pile. My husband and I applied for his AOS last December and it didn't get approved until August, although he had his biometrics in January. He did not have an interview. If you look at the timelines, you can look to see the status of other people still waiting. You can also narrow the search to look up your local office.

If you check the processing times on USCIS.gov, the Atlanta field office is currently processing forms from May 9th
