Good Morning,

I am a little confused on the I-130blink.png . Active duty military member and I am getting married in the next coming months but i wanted to begin rough drafting the forms so i can make sure to catch all mistakes ahead of time. One issue that i've noticed is filling out my spouse's last name. I figure for the middle name i would put N/A or -, , but for her last name should it go in the order of her mother's last name then father's, or vice versa? Also, we have a son (Her son through previous marriage) and i am aware that i will have to submit another I-130 for him as well, What should i mark from Block (A) - ©. Finally if anyone else has any experience with the immigration visa for spouses in regards to Brazil please let me know any tips or advice you have Thanks in advance for everything!good.gif

Normal order -- mother's name, then father's name. So if the name on her birth certificate is Maria Morais da Silva, for example, you should write "Morais da Silva" as her last name.

I hope someone can help you with the other questions.

K1 Visa in 2013

AOS in 2014

N-400 in 2015 {based on Section 319(b) INA}
