K visa Applicants

If you have completed the online nonimmgirant visa application form DS-160 for each person applying for a K visa and you are in possession of all of the documents required in support of their application, you should complete and return by email the Notification of Applicant's Readiness Form.

Please note that you can expect to wait 6 weeks from the date on which you email the forms before being contacted by the Immigrant Visa Unit. We will not respond to status requests during this time.
